1. Surf in Cloud 9

Touted as the "Surfing Capital of the Philippines", Siargao is greatly influenced by the uninterrupted currents and winds from the Pacific Ocean, making it a very suitable area for surfing. One of the more famous surfing waves is called the Cloud 9, known worldwide for its thick and hollow tubes, and serves as the site for the annual Siargao Cup. Cloud 9 has a reputation of providing very affordable accommodation and restaurants for all surfers.
